yoga programs

* I have put on so much weight, I need to get back in shape!

* Weight is not a problem for me but I want a strong and flexible body.

* Stress at work, stress even at home – isn’t there a way I could relax?

* Exams are round the corner and I just can’t seem to focus on studies!

Different people. Different needs. Different ages. Different thinking. This is why the Art of Living yoga programs have been carefully designed to suit your individual requirements. If you too are looking for answers to the above questions or generally looking for a healthier life, these yoga courses will be stepping stones towards achieving what you desire. So take a much-deserved break and treat yourself to a perfect yoga retreat. Depending on your need, you can choose a program from the following:

Sri Sri Yoga Level 1 – Designed for yoga beginners and regular practitioners alike (14+ years), the Sri Sri Yoga Level 1 program offers a perfect combination of body postures, revitalizing breathing techniques and soothing meditations. The course is a good way to not just attain a healthy body and stress-free mind but also learn some simple techniques to lead a happier and healthier life.

Sri Sri Natya – Have you been longing to express yourself through the graceful movements of dance? Sri Sri Natya Course gives you an added bonus – combine yoga with Bharatnatyam, a form of Indian classical dance. A perfect opportunity to lose weight, gain more confidence, enhance creativity and relax. Let go of daily stress and experience the healing power of a unique combination of mudras (hand gestures), yoga postures, dance and meditation.

Sri Sri Tango – Yet another unique way to learn yoga asanas and meditation through the popular tango dance! And to add to the fun, this yoga program brings the whole family together to relax and enjoy through dance and yoga. Come and have fun at this course where dance, meditation and knowledge come together.

Art Excel – This one’s for our little angels. Children aged between 8 and 13 years can participate in this program where they learn some simple yet effective yoga poses, breathing techniques and meditations to help enhance focus and concentration, as well as remove exam fear.

YES! – Short for Youth Empowerment Seminar, the course addresses teenagers (14-17 years), teaching them exercises and breathing techniques for a healthy body, mind and lifestyle. The course aims at helping teens better manage stress and their changing emotions and say YES to assuming responsibilities in life.

YES+ – A fun-filled youth program designed for adults aged between 18 and 30 years. A power-packed course that intends to charge up the youth while throwing light on some valuable skills that help prepare them to face challenges in life – stress, inhibitions and peer pressure. Sudarshan Kriya also forms the highlight of this program.

Part 1 Course – Designed by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Sudarshan Kriya, a unique breathing technique, forms the core element of this course. People aged 18 years and above can participate in the course and learn how to use their breath as a simple handy tool to get rid of pressures in everyday life.
